The Process

Once you have contacted us asking to prepare a Will we will book you in for your first meeting (meetings are usually carried out over zoom but please contact us if this is an issue).

Prior to the first meeting you will be sent a pre-meeting questionnaire.

After the first meeting we will prepare a draft copy of your Will and send it over to you. A second meeting can be arranged at this point if needed.

We will then make sure that your Will is signed and witnessed correctly to ensure the validity of it.

Any future amendments to your Will can be made by us at a low cost.
